The Grand

The Grand was the perfect venue and we are grateful for the phenomenal team. Jason and Sal thank you for taking care of every detail and helping us in the preparations as an out of state couple. Bridal attendant Natalie was phenomenal and always right by our side from arrival to the venue until we headed home. The food, the drinks, and the service were extraordinary and complimented all night and to this day! We cannot recommend this venue enough. Thank you for making our dream wedding a reality!

Oh my! Where can I start. I can’t recommend the Grand enough for any occasion. As soon as I walked into this venue my husband and I knew that this would be THE ONE! We wanted to know the price right away prior to taking the tour, but Jason did amazing by showing us the place first prior to getting down to business. We left the Grand, stopped to see another venue before heading home but let me tell you, you cannot compare. Soon as I got home, we made our mind up, The Grand final answer. Next day bright and early, I called Jason and told him it’s a go. Trust me when I say, they pay attention to everything you tell them, Jason was with me every step of the way. He was so nice that it did not feel like it was all business, very understanding, very patient and they will go above and beyond to bring your vision to life. The amount of food, fun and good time my guests and us had was unbelievable. They’re very generous, so much food, your guests will be well fed. Drinks, everywhere. The staffs oh my! Their team made that day happened for us. Jason, Celeste and Sal thank you so much. I would do it all over Again because of you guys. Thank you The Grand!

I got married here October 6, 2023 and everything was absolutely amazing. Upon booking Jason was very helpful since the beginning. He made sure to help assist in any questions that I had and guided me through the process the entire step of the way. On the day of the wedding I was greeted by Sal along with my bridal attendant Celeste. These two were also very amazing! Sal was on top of everything made sure things that I requested were set up properly and in the correct place. He was extremely attentive and very helpful. When things were a bit hectic and out of place he would step in, and and come up with solutions on the spot, to fix the situation (he did this many times throughout the night ). I couldn’t thank him enough! He ran around fixing things, editing last minute fixes and moved things around for me whenever I needed it. He just simply made sure that my day ran smoothly and that I wasn’t worrying about anything. I appreciate him! Celeste was also such a great help. She was with me throughout the whole process, she was also very attentive to not only my needs but the needs of my family and bridal party. She helped me keep up to date with everything that was going on and all the next steps through out the wedding, and when I wanted something she quickly made the arrangements to get it for me. She answered any questions or concerns that I may of had and she was on top of my needs and made sure the my husband and I were good. When it was time to leave and clean up her and Sal also took care of everything. She helped me pack some decor and things I had brought, to my car and made sure I had everything before I left. She was extremely help I also couldn’t thank her enough! The Grand is definitely a great place to have your event so do not hesitate if you are looking to host an event here. It’s a beautiful place, with beautiful staff, and amazing food. I loved every second of it 🤍

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at a wedding at The Grand in Totowa, NJ. This venue truly exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and dedicated to ensuring that our special day was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, the team at The Grand went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and supported. They paid attention to every detail, ensuring that the bride and groom vision for the wedding were executed flawlessly. Their professionalism and commitment to delivering an exceptional experience truly stood out. The venue itself is stunning. The elegant and spacious ballroom provided the perfect backdrop for our celebration. The attention to decor and ambiance was evident, creating a romantic and magical atmosphere that left a lasting impression on our guests. One of the standout aspects was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were attentive and responsive throughout the planning process and on the day of the event. Outstanding! This is one of the finest wedding venues I’ve been to (and I work in the wedding officiating business). Extensive facilities for both activities and dining (they have a hidden elevator in the dance floor to allow the bride and groom to make a spectacular entrance)! Impeccable service. The food and food service was unmatched. My strongest recommendation.

I had the most amazing wedding at The Grand! Sal and his team were the best, they made my entire night effortless. I was able to enjoy my entire wedding without worrying about a single thing. The food.... AMAZING! The service... AMAZING! The Venue... AMAZING! Sal promised an amazing wedding experience from day one and he 1000000% delivered beyond our expectations. Thank you Sal and The Grand for the best Wedding a bride and her groom could have ever imagined.

Great experience. The valet guys were cool. They just need to hire more for events. They were getting slammed. I felt terrible for them. Next, we walked inside, and it was a wow factor! Beautiful decor such as crystals, chandelier light fixtures, VERSACE TILE WORK, Beautiful floral arrangements, and DRINKS! THERE IS AN ELEVATOR, which is great for the elderly and handicap. We were then escorted up the stairs and to the rear for the ceremony. It was perfect. WITH ALL THE MONEY THEY MAKE HEATERS SHOULD BE ADDED FOR FREE. Despite that it was really nice. Next was cocktail hour. We were lead back inside, and YES YES YES! THE FOOD WAS AMAZINGLY GOOD. Asian. Italian, american, mexican, cold bar, and many hor devours to choose from. Let me just say that cheese bread is gonna make you lose it all! LOL! We couldn't stop eating it. Next, we were last to the main hall for the reception!!!! B.E.A.U.T.F.U.L VERY VERY CLEAN is the most important. It was also gorgeously decorated. Seats are very comfy, and the bartenders are awesome with a great attitude. ESPECIALLY MR. RODNEY A.K.A HOT ROD🤣🤣🤣🤣 If you wanna be white girl wasted, he's the best at it. I was cross-eyed when I left🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 The main course wasn't really all that. But the cocktail hour food made you not be mad about it. I will say the salmon was the best option, then the steak. The chicken was dry like carpet. My only complaint is that the elevating box was NOT CLEANED properly. As expensive as it is, THAT WAS RIDICULOUS. Whoever was in charge of it should be eye trained. There is nothing like having an extravagant event and the details FAIL. I would have given a 5 🌟 had this not happened. It was still a super wow factor throughout. Just be mindful when booking this venue, make sure they clean the glass properly. Mr. Rodney, thank you for being an amazing human. I had such a great time in your presence. You set a great example for all to follow. I hope your the trainer for all. You are appreciated 💛

One word: INCREDIBLE . The staff, the food, the communication, everything was incredible. I had the pleasure of working with Jason since day one he was very attentive and understanding. It took two long years for this day to come and he kept communication down to the days after the wedding. The day of I worked with Mark and Cecilia they were both very patient with me. Cecilia was there every step of the way making sure I was always comfortable. Mark made sure my husbands glass was always full. The food was amazing, all my guest gave it a 10/10 the food did not run out. The entire experience was amazing and I wish we could do it all over again! See you for our 10 year anniversary 💙
